At Beached Goods we want to ensure that your online shopping experience is as convenient and transparent as possible. Shipping Methods and Rates:

  1. UPSP PRIORITY MAIL:  Since we are just a small shop, orders can take a few days to get to the post office. So, we use 1 day shipping to expedite your order once its ready.

Processing Time:

  • Orders typically ship from our store within a few days. Custom orders and holiday orders are subject to longer turnaround times of up to three weeks.  During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within USA/CA. Please contact our customer service team for information on shipping to locations outside of our standard shipping area.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Carriers:

  • We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your orders. The carrier used may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select.

Undeliverable Packages:

 

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to re-send the package.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

  • In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping or lost, please contact our customer service team promptly. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, initiate a claim with the shipping carrier.
