To address this, we have established our Exchange Policy, which allows you to exchange your purchase for store credit. Please take a moment to review the details of our policy:

Eligible Items for Exchange:

  1. Most Items: You may exchange most items within 14 days from the date of purchase for store credit.

  2. Custom Items: For custom-made items, exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis. The eligibility for exchange will depend on the nature of the request and item availability. Please reach out to our customer service team to discuss your custom item exchange request.

Exchange Process:

  1. Visit Our Store: To initiate an exchange, please visit our boutique or reach out to us online. 

  2. Inspection: Our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in new, unused, and resalable condition.

  3. Store Credit: If the item meets the exchange criteria, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding any shipping fees, discounts, or promotional offers.

Conditions for Exchange:

  1. The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging and with all original tags and labels.

  2. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be eligible for exchange.

  3. Custom items are subject to additional terms and conditions based on the nature of the request and item availability. Please consult with our customer service team.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  1. Jewelry

  2. Sale or clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Important Notes:

  1. The customer is responsible for any additional costs associated with the new item selected for exchange if it exceeds the value of the original purchase.

  2. Store credit has no expiration date and can be used for any future purchase at Beached Goods.
